This candidate's main responsibility is not to create prospective clients, but to work with the prospective clients to convert qualified families into fee-paying clients.

About the position:

This position is urgently needed to help 10-20 new families each month enroll into our proven college planning memberships. You will change their lives by helping the client's kids work with certified, masters level counselors to develop a career path, select colleges with great financial aid, review applications and essays before the college sees it, and negotiating financial aid on the client's behalf. We also serve the parents on figuring out how to pay the remaining bill in the most efficient way, without expensive parent loans or raiding their retirement. Our focus is helping clients have more fun and help those around them in a significant way throughout their life.

This position is based out of our Troy, MI office. Many client meetings are held on a virtual basis and some meetings are also held in our office.

Depending on experience and skill development, this position will be spending a significant amount of time shadowing and working directly with our current sales trainers, along with Founding Partner, Paul E Compeau, for the first 3-6 months.

Preferred Candidates will have:

*Direct Consumer Sales and Customer Service experience (Professional Sales Role, Financial Services, Car Sales, Realtor, Loan Originator, Mortgage Sales Broker, Time Share Sales, Advertisement Sales, Pharmaceutical Representative, Service Sales or similar)
*A Personal College Planning Story- you or your kids experience going through paying for college and making related life decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
